Long live the difference, long live the different way of experiencing living culture and comfort in an intense way. The Riyad is an oasis of calm, far away from the hustle and bustle. Pausing is the maxim. Among other things, it is underlined by furniture that was specially made on site and by art objects brought from Europe. Another special attraction are the numerous pieces of design furniture by Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier and Aimes that were discovered and restored in Morocco, all of which ensure timeless elegance in the rooms. Bazaar decorations are banned from entering, and their place is taken by handmade ceramics, for example, which are also specially made. A unique feature is the underfloor heating, powered by an air heat pump fed by solar panels. The system feeds the power supply in summer. We call all this Feelharmonie – it is the sensitive, subtle and sensual pursuit of the greatest possible sense of well-being. Spatial compositions, far removed from frills and fuss.
